Bumps, dents, one side bigger than the other, or 'nothing changed'? Revision liposuction corrects unsatisfying results from previous surgery — one of the most technically demanding things a fat surgeon does.

How revision is different
Previously operated tissue is scarred and fibrous, and fat is distributed unpredictably. Correction starts with systematic examination and a detailed conversation about what bothers you. Then your surgeon combines targeted liposuction — using power-assisted liposuction (PAL), water-assisted liposuction (WAL) and a hand-finished final pass — with fat transplantation where tissue has been over-removed.
