How it works

- Personal plan & estimate A surgeon reviews your photos. We reply with a plan, estimate, and recommended trip length.
- Reserve dates We book your in-person consultation and surgery — usually on consecutive days.
- Arrive in Seoul Stay near Gangnam; the clinic is 1 minute from Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 3.
- Consultation & surgery Final design with your surgeon, then surgery under sleep anesthesia. Same-day discharge.
- Check-up & aftercare Post-op check and aftercare treatments. Your surgeon confirms you're fit to fly.
Before you book flights
- Get your personal estimate and recommended number of nights
- Check your passport validity and whether you need a K-ETA or visa for Korea
- Book a hotel within a short taxi ride of Gangnam-daero
- Arrange time off work: the Seoul stay plus a few quiet days at home
- Tell us about medications, allergies and medical conditions in advance
Language support
Our international team communicates in English on WhatsApp and in person, and BBAE also runs Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese and Thai sites for patients from those countries. Consent forms and aftercare instructions are explained clearly before surgery.
What to pack
- Loose, front-opening clothes and slip-on shoes
- Dark towels or pads for the first nights (some fluid drainage is normal)
- Your regular medications and a list of them
- A neck pillow and compression socks for the flight home
After you fly home

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a visa for surgery in Korea?
Many nationalities can enter visa-free or with a K-ETA for short stays. Check the official Korean government guidance for your passport. Medical visas exist for longer treatment.
Can I come alone?
Many patients travel alone. Having a companion for the first 24–48 hours is helpful but not required for standard liposuction.
How do I pay?
Ask our team on WhatsApp about accepted payment methods and deposits before you travel.
What if I have a problem after I get home?
Message us on WhatsApp with photos. We'll advise and tell you if you should see a doctor locally.
