Two procedures, one price
Fat-transfer breast augmentation is really two surgeries: liposuction to harvest fat (usually from the abdomen or thighs) and careful injection of purified fat into the breasts. That's why it costs more than liposuction alone — and why you get a slimmer donor area as a bonus.
A natural increase of around one cup size is realistic for most patients. Some of the transferred fat is reabsorbed in the first months; BBAE focuses on high-retention grafting so more of it stays. Final volume shows after about three months. Learn more on our fat-transfer breast page.
What changes the price
- Fat volume and area size. A small, firm pocket takes less time than a large area with fibrous fat.
- Combined areas. Treating two or three connected areas in one session usually costs less per area than separate surgeries — and you only recover once.
- Revision cases. Correcting previous liposuction takes more time and planning, so it is priced higher.
- Fat transfer. Grafting the removed fat to breasts, hips or face adds processing and injection time.
- Anesthesia and aftercare. Your quote should state what anesthesia is used and which aftercare sessions are included.

- Accommodation: 5–7 nights near Gangnam or Sinnonhyeon — mid-range hotels commonly run ₩120,000–₩250,000 per night.
- Transport: airport bus or taxi from Incheon, plus short taxi rides for check-ups.
- Extra garments & supplies: a second compression garment so you can wash one.
- Travel insurance that covers elective surgery abroad, if available in your country.
