Full-body liposuction cost in Korea: ₩10M–18M
Multi-area or full-body liposuction in Seoul typically costs ₩10–18 million (about $7,400–$13,300). Combining areas costs far less than doing them one by one — here's how packages are priced.

Safety first: why some full-body plans are staged
There's a limit to how much fat can safely be removed in one session. For very large volumes, a responsible surgeon may split surgery into two sessions a few days apart, or recommend returning for a second stage. At BBAE this is decided by your surgeon after body analysis — never by a package menu. Patients with a BMI over about 27.5 who want a fast, clear size reduction may be candidates for mega liposuction.

What changes the price
- Fat volume and area size. A small, firm pocket takes less time than a large area with fibrous fat.
- Combined areas. Treating two or three connected areas in one session usually costs less per area than separate surgeries — and you only recover once.
- Revision cases. Correcting previous liposuction takes more time and planning, so it is priced higher.
- Fat transfer. Grafting the removed fat to breasts, hips or face adds processing and injection time.
- Anesthesia and aftercare. Your quote should state what anesthesia is used and which aftercare sessions are included.
What a BBAE quote normally covers
- In-person consultation and body-type analysis with your surgeon
- The surgery itself, with sleep anesthesia and monitoring
- Post-op check-up before you fly home
- Your first compression garment
- Details of the post-op aftercare treatments (LED, high-frequency, endermology) that suit your case
Always ask any clinic — including us — for a written, itemised quote before you book flights. It protects you from surprise add-ons.
Budgeting the whole trip
For international patients the surgery is only part of the bill. A realistic budget for a one-to-two-area trip to Seoul includes:
- Accommodation: 5–7 nights near Gangnam or Sinnonhyeon — mid-range hotels commonly run ₩120,000–₩250,000 per night.
- Transport: airport bus or taxi from Incheon, plus short taxi rides for check-ups.
- Extra garments & supplies: a second compression garment so you can wash one.
- Travel insurance that covers elective surgery abroad, if available in your country.

Frequently asked questions
Is full-body liposuction done in one day?
Sometimes. It depends on the total volume and your health. Your surgeon may stage it for safety.
How long should I stay in Seoul?
Plan 7–10 nights for multi-area surgery so you can attend a check-up and aftercare before flying.
Is full-body lipo a weight-loss procedure?
No. It reshapes stubborn fat. It works best for people close to a stable weight, or as a size-reduction step for BMI 27.5+ under a specialist.
Can I combine full-body lipo with fat transfer?
Yes. Many patients transfer fat to hips or breasts in the same session.
