Why face lipo is popular with international patients
Facial liposuction is short (around an hour), done under sleep anesthesia, and swelling is usually manageable within the first week — so it fits easily into a short trip or alongside a body procedure. Many patients combine it with face contouring or fat grafting to hollow areas (temples, under-eyes) for a balanced result.
Note: if your fullness comes from muscle or bone (a strong masseter or wide jaw), liposuction won't change it. We'll review your photos and tell you what will actually work.
What changes the price
- Fat volume and area size. A small, firm pocket takes less time than a large area with fibrous fat.
- Combined areas. Treating two or three connected areas in one session usually costs less per area than separate surgeries — and you only recover once.
- Revision cases. Correcting previous liposuction takes more time and planning, so it is priced higher.
- Fat transfer. Grafting the removed fat to breasts, hips or face adds processing and injection time.
- Anesthesia and aftercare. Your quote should state what anesthesia is used and which aftercare sessions are included.

Most visible swelling settles in 1–2 weeks; the final jawline definition shows over 1–3 months. You'll wear a chin strap for the first days.
