Back fat is fibrous — technique matters
Back fat is usually denser than belly fat, which makes it hard to remove evenly with basic equipment. BBAE uses power-assisted liposuction to break up fibrous tissue, water-assisted liposuction for gentle removal, and a hand-finished pass for smooth contours. See back liposuction at BBAE.
What changes the price
- Fat volume and area size. A small, firm pocket takes less time than a large area with fibrous fat.
- Combined areas. Treating two or three connected areas in one session usually costs less per area than separate surgeries — and you only recover once.
- Revision cases. Correcting previous liposuction takes more time and planning, so it is priced higher.
- Fat transfer. Grafting the removed fat to breasts, hips or face adds processing and injection time.
- Anesthesia and aftercare. Your quote should state what anesthesia is used and which aftercare sessions are included.

- Transport: airport bus or taxi from Incheon, plus short taxi rides for check-ups.
- Extra garments & supplies: a second compression garment so you can wash one.
- Travel insurance that covers elective surgery abroad, if available in your country.
