- Side A profile view of the same area.
- Back or 45° Back view for arms, back, thighs or hips; 45° angle for face and abdomen.
Tips for useful photos
- Good, even light — near a window, no filters
- Plain background, camera at the height of the area
- Fitted underwear or sportswear so the contour is visible
- For the face: hair tied back, no makeup filter, neutral expression
